Most everyone in Chinatown just calls this place, "the Noodle Shop". Indeed, anyone in San Augustin who refers to "the Noodle Shop" is probably referring to Ramen House, which is a popular lunch spot for everyone from Chinatown locals to college kids on a budget. At night, as the Chinatown clubs are closing down, Ramen House and a handful of street vendors are the only fare in town for the suddenly hungry drunks looking for a late-night snack, or a little cushion against the night's debauchery, before the drunken drive home.
